Very happy with the service that was received. We travelled to Gatwick early hours, 3 adults and 2 children. There was water, sweets and blankets. The taxi is immaculate my 10 year old daughter said she felt like she was VIP. The journey was super comfortable and the price was the best around. Chris did us a round trip to Heathrow and I couldn’t recommend enough, got stuck in some traffic on the way there and he was calm as a cucumber as I was flapping in the back, on the way home, we’d had a long emotional travel day/s and I was mid nervous breakdown and he was calm and collected and very understanding. Our group of 4 from the US utilized Chris (Solent Connect) on our recent trip from Heathrow to Portsmouth. He was nothing short of amazing.
